Achieving a Healthy Lifestyle doesn't require much. Just some Motivation, Hard Work and Discipline!
Playing sports, specifically Cricket, has been a huge part of my life since I was young. I always enjoyed being active, however, was quite apathetic towards my diet. To be honest, I didn’t really understand the benefits of a healthy diet to the human body until I met with a tragic accident at 24. Recovery wasn’t easy. I couldn’t digest any food, nor could I play any sports during my recovery phase. But as they say, the harder you fall, the higher you bounce. I started educating myself on how certain foods can improve overall health along with Calisthenics to improve my fitness. My journey wasn’t easy, but my motivation helped me become who I am today. Through this platform, I want to transpire the same enthusiasm and knowledge to those wanting to achieve their fitness goals.
I understand the deep struggle an individual faces with their goals as I have walked down the same path. My mission is to help those individuals achieve their fitness goals by:
1. Understanding their requirements
2. Analyzing their health status
3. Customizing a workout and diet plan according to their needs
4. To ensure my clients recieve full attention, I track their progress and check in with them every day to provide optimal consultation throughout the program.
